Going from terminal 3 to terminal 4 at Cancun airport

Please help!! I am arriving in terminal 3 but I have to meet up with my friends in terminal 4. I know there's a free shuttle but I'm at a loss as where to grab it and even more so if I'll be allowed to enter terminal 4 to meet up with them.
